Notes
The SRD gauge is a precision testing tool. Store the gauge in the storage box provided.
Check the gauge regularly for deformation, damage, and wear on the contours and edges.
Even slight deviations can influence the test result.
If wear or damage is detected, the gauge must be replaced.
The current instructions for use and testing are available via the QR code on the product and online.
Description
The HANSA-FLEX cutting ring gauge is used to check the correct installation of HANSA-FLEX SRD steel cutting rings in sizes 10L to 42L and 14S to 38S in conjunction with steel pipes in accordance with DIN EN 10305-4.
The gauge also allows the pipe cut to be checked. It can be assessed whether the pipe has been cut at a right angle.
The cutting ring gauge is intended exclusively for SRD type steel cutting rings. It is not suitable for stainless steel cutting rings or for products from other manufacturers.
Unabhängig von der Prüfung mit der Lehre ist zusätzlich eine Sichtprüfung des Bundaufwurfs durchzuführen.
