Avvertenze
The adsorber filter HK FI AD 0040 EV N AF must be completely replaced after saturation. For all other types, we offer a replacement cartridge (see accessories).
Other variants with housing made of aluminum and stainless steel and for aggressive media are available on request.
Design bases are medium, air flow rate or clunk pick-up volume.
Descrizione
The adsorber filters in the HK FI AD EV series are aeration dryers with a disposable cartridge and a valve base.
They are suitable for indoor, outdoor and offshore use on hydraulic units, gearboxes, storage tanks and mobile machines.
The plastic housing is filled with HANSA-FLEX Xdry. The desiccant mixture ensures effective drying of the supply air.
A 3 µm filter additionally cleans the air drawn in.
A layer of activated carbon adsorbs the oil mist that escapes with the air.
If the adsorber filter is saturated, only the cartridge is replaced. The stable, frost-proof valve part remains on the system. It protects the adsorber from unnecessary loading, enables use under extreme, dusty ambient conditions and ensures minimal pressure build-up even with high air flows.
Informazioni supplementari
In the adsorber filter, the water molecules contained in the air are bound in the pores of the adsorbent (HANSA-FLEX Xdry). Saturation (loading) and the need to replace the filter cartridge is indicated by a colour change from orange to green.
HANSA-FLEX Xdry consists of silicon oxide and zeolite and is classified as a synthetic, polar and hydrophilic drying agent. Due to its high porosity, it has a large inner surface area. This enables a very high water absorption capacity.
HANSA-FLEX Xdry with a colour indicator is used in the adsorber filters. Colour changes indicate the water content and thus the progress of the loading of the desiccant.
The mixture of silicon oxide and zeolite is not classified as a hazardous substance according to European Union legislation (Regulation EC number 1272/2008). It is not subject to labelling according to the EC Directive (67/548/EEC or 1999/45/EC). It is not classified as a substance hazardous to health or the environment.

For mounting on the tank, the KH FI AD FS FILL filling flange is required.
